Christopher Nortley, Founder and Managing Partner of MHRE, specializes in Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC’s) and Recreational Vehicle Communities(RVC’s) throughout the United States and Canada. With over 26 years of brokerage experience his real estate knowledge in marketing platforms, negotiation strategies, escrow management and close of escrow is insurmountable to his competitors.

In 2016 Christopher was ranked as the #1 broker in the United States with over $330,000,000 in MHRV transactions.

Prior to MHRE, Christopher was a founding partner of Sunstone Manufactured Housing Consultants, established in April 2010, of which he was responsible for closing over 71% of Sunstone’s production before departing.

Preceding Sunstone, Christopher worked at CBRE where he was a founding member of the Manufactured Housing Group. During his tenure in the company’s niche service offering, he was responsible for over 76% of the group’s production.

Further to his brokerage expertise, Christopher has an extensive land background, selling over 7,000 acres of land throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Tennessee. His collective 14-year knowledge in raw land is exceedingly beneficial to clients who regard existing MHC investments with a forward-looking approach in speculation of a change of use on land value. This concept would supersede the cash flow value of the asset bringing greater returns.

Christopher’s flawless closing record and uncandid ability to think “outside the box” has resulted in his clientele’s assurance of his proven ability to perform. His clients comprise of REITS, institutional operators, private equity firms, hedge funds, syndicators, mom & pop operators, banks and special servicers.

Enon Winkler, CCIM

Enon Winkler, joined MHRE in 2015 focusing on selling Apartment Communities in Florida and Manufactured Housing Communities across the United States. As a veteran of the brokerage community, Enon has closed in excess of $1 Billion of Investment Sales in the past 10 years. Clients recognize Enon as a broker who exceeds expectations and puts clients’ needs first.

As a diverse entrepreneur, Enon’s partnered and built multiple businesses including but not limited to one of the top 10 Cold Stone Creamery Franchises in the US, a social media company known as Red Carpet Monday and Other Street Ventures.

Mr. Winkler is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a major in Finance.

Eric Schierburg, CCIM

Managing Director

Eric Schierburg joins us as new Managing Director for MHRE’s Mid-west/ Rocky Mountain/ West regions.

Eric Schierburg specializes in MHRV brokerage primarily throughout the Mid-West, Rocky Mountain and West Regions. He began his career in commercial real estate working for Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in the sale of multifamily properties. During his tenure there, he was awarded the Rookie of the Year Sales Achievement Award, as well as, multiple Investment Sales National Achievement Awards. Prior to joining MHRE, he worked for another firm that specialized in the sale of manufactured housing nationally. Over the course of his career, Eric has been involved in over 100+ multi-family and manufactured housing brokerage sales; representing over 10,000 units sold and over $500 million in sales volume in various markets across the country.

Focusing on building strong client relationships, Mr. Schierburg consistently demonstrates his ability to exceed expectations by delivering strategic solutions uniquely specific to each client towards assisting them in reaching their short and long-term investment goals. Eric prides himself on product expertise and market knowledge allowing him to deliver unmatched brokerage and advisory services to both institutional and private clients alike. Steve Yank comes to MHRE with a proven track record of exceeding goals for the past 8 consecutive years while working for the largest commercial bank in the U.S. He brings a vast experience and expertise in all financial areas from consumer banking, wealth management, small business lending as well as commercial real estate funding. He was able to obtain dynamic results through superior sales skills, effective coaching, collaboration and phenomenal internal and external partnerships on the West coast.

Wayne Morris

Senior Associate

Wayne’s family has been involved in commercial property for the last 30 years, with all aspects of developing, managing, buying and selling income producing properties. At one time his family owned company successfully reached over 500 units.

Wayne Graduated with a full academic scholarship from UCF in 2002, and has been very successful using his own knowledge to help his clients. He was a top producer at his previous brokerage closing $20M of assets in 2014. Wayne’s expertise includes 1031 exchanges, buying assets with value add components, developing strategies to finance distressed properties, and bringing distressed properties to the market. His value in the mobile home industry is his enthusiasm to help others get to the finish line whether its buying or selling their property.

Melanie Ng

Analyst | Due Diligence Coordinator

As the Analyst | Due Diligence Coordinator for MHRE, Melanie is responsible for underwriting assets and collecting all of the necessary due diligence items.

An analytical and meticulous individual, Melanie has experience in marketing and finance in diverse industries. Previously to joining the team at MHRE, she worked at Starwood Vacation Ownership (SVO) in the Treasury department. Her keen attention to detail was essential to the team in verifying cash and credit card transactions. Before her time at SVO, she was the Senior Market Researcher for the healthcare technology startup, MedSpeaks. Her extensive research on the healthcare industry served as the company’s starting point for the central database.

Melanie has a BA from Rollins College and an MBA from the Crummer School of Business. Her unique educational background and business experience has afforded Melanie to quickly adapt and work toward success.

Melissa Wade

Marketing Manager

Seasoned design professional with a diversified business background in all aspects of the web development and the creative industry.

Melissa Wade is MHRE Inc.’s Marketing Manager whose position spans all aspects of the marketing functions including corporate branding, campaign and collateral creation, public relations, market research and analysis, development and coordination of offerings, and database maintenance.

Prior to assuming her current role, Melissa held Graphic and Web positions in Marketing for a number of firms in Michigan. Her 5 year career has focused on establishing a company’s brand and identity presence both online and in print. Her process employs best practices and design methods to insure the success of the projects.

Her professional experience comprises not only marketing, but web development, graphic design, SEO, and print processes. A diversified business background has allowed her to evaluate each individual client’s needs and cater a branding identity and marketing plan that is well positioned for success.

Colleen Lannoo

An efficient and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in database management applications.

Colleen Lannoo is MHRE Inc.’s Data Research Assistant whose responsibilities focus on the development and maintenance of the company’s property database.

She attained a B.S. in Business Communication in 2004 and prior to coming on board with MHRE, Colleen held an administrative position with one of the top health systems in the country.

Colleen joined our team in 2013, and focuses on reaching out and connecting with prospective park owners and developing new relationships within the industry. This process creates a network of potential buyers and sellers that is exclusive to MHRE.

Executive Assistant

An organized professional with a structured and detail-oriented method for completing tasks and educating others about what makes MHRE Inc. a great place to be.

Christine Ticconi joins MHRE after 16 years of working in the Education field. She has spent the majority of her 16 years in education teaching at risk students in the greater Detroit area. She has also had the privilege of working with the administrative teams in each of her schools to put processes in place that make schools with over 1,000 students run with ease.

Attending Wayne State University, Christine attained a BA in Education and an MBA in Leadership. This unique experience in education allows Christine to bring a new perspective to the business field.
